Petty Mloka is an Executive Human Resources and Organizational Transformation Leader with more than 22 years of progressive international leadership experience across the United Nations system, including UNRWA, UNICEF, FAO, UNAMID, and the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda. She currently serves as Field Head of Human Resources for UNRWA Lebanon, providing executive leadership for the people and culture agenda supporting more than 2,500 personnel in one of the UN's most operationally demanding humanitarian environments.
She holds an Executive Master's in Management of International Organizations from SDA Bocconi School of Management in Milan, and a Bachelor of Public Administration from the University of Dar es Salaam. Across peacekeeping, humanitarian, and development contexts spanning Africa and the Middle East, Petty has led people-centred transformation, organizational restructuring, and leadership development initiatives that strengthen performance while building inclusive, high-performing cultures.

Riziki K. Khamis, SPHRi™, is a Human Resources and Administration practitioner with more than 16 years of experience spanning recruitment, organizational design, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and administrative operations. He currently serves as Group HR Manager overseeing HR functions across a portfolio of affiliated companies, including Emirate Aluminum Profile, Emirate Builders, Kadoo Securities, Simba Forest Products, and Y&D Glass.
He holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from the Open University of Tanzania and a Bachelor of Industrial Sociology from the University of Dar es Salaam, and is a Certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHRi). His career includes HR and administration leadership roles with Choose Water, the Julius Nyerere Hydro Power Project, and Mkwawa University College of Education, giving him deep, hands-on expertise in building HR systems and driving compliance across diverse, multi-sector organizations.
